Back Sarah Dyke's Campaign to Protect our Rivers and Streams

In 2021, water companies nationwide pumped sewage into our waterways nearly 400,000 times and it has not improved since. Local provider Wessex Water is just as guilty, pumping sewage into many of our rivers and streams. The amount of sewage discharged by Wessex Water in 2021 totalled 375,372 hours as a result of 28,994 spill events!

We can't let this go on. Back Somerton & Frome MP Sarah Dyke and the Liberal Democrats as we seek to make real change.

Stop Dumping Sewage in our Rivers and Streams

“We the undersigned call on the Government to tax water companies’ profits until they take substantial action to improve our waterways.”
